At Coral Reef Counseling and Trauma Therapy, therapy is designed around you-not a one-size-fits-all treatment model. I work with adults who may appear to be functioning well on the outside while privately struggling with anxiety, unresolved trauma, emotional exhaustion, relationship challenges, or the lasting effects of difficult experiences. My approach is warm, direct, and individualized combining evidence-based therapy with a deeper understanding of how trauma and stress can affect the mind and body.

Concierge and Intensive Therapy
For clients seeking a more focused and flexible experience, concierge options and intensive sessions provide extended therapeutic time outside the traditional 50-minute weekly model.
Individual Therapy
Personalized therapy for anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, low self-esteem, and other challenges that can interfere with your quality of life.
Walk and Talk Therapy
A nature-based therapeutic option that combines movement, dialogue to process concerns, and calming effects of the coastal environment for clients who prefer an alternative to traditional therapy settings.
Trauma Therapy
Specialized support for individuals coping with past or ongoing traumatic experiences including complex trauma and experiences that may not have been fully processed.
